Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@activesrs.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
